Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $99, delivered within the contiguous 48 United States.

Sale & Promotional Items

Shipping is $14.95 for the first two pairs and $7.00 for each additional pair (48 contiguous states). For Alaska & Hawaii, shipping starts at $32.95 with $10.00 per additional pair.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. All returned shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging — including the shoebox.

Refund Method

Full-price items are refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Sale and BOGO items are eligible for store credit or exchange (different size or style) only.

Return Shipping Labels

We'll email you a prepaid return label for $14.95 (covers up to 2 pairs within the 48 states). Alaska & Hawaii labels are $24.95 for up to 2 pairs, plus $10.00 per additional pair. This fee is deducted from your refund. Prefer to ship on your own? No problem — you'll receive a full refund with no deduction.

A note on BOGO returns: Buy One Get One promotions are treated as sale items and are eligible for store credit only. If you return only one item from a BOGO purchase, the store credit will be prorated to reflect the promotional discount applied to the full order.

Example: Two styles regularly priced at $100 each are purchased under a BOGO offer for $100 total. Returning one pair results in a $25 store credit.

Important Details

Return Deadline

Items must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please ensure shoes are unworn and include all original tags, packaging, and the shoebox.

Non-Refundable Shipping

Original shipping fees — including any expedited or upgraded shipping you selected at checkout — cannot be reimbursed.

Return Confirmation

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email. Your refund (or store credit for sale items) will be issued within 5 business days, minus any return label fee if applicable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be refunded for the shipping I paid on my original order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse shipping fees from your original order, including any expedited or upgraded shipping options.

Why hasn't my refund appeared on my statement yet?

After we process your refund, it can take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
