My insoles are worn out. Can I get replacements?
Yes! You can purchase a new set of insoles for your Lytech and knit products here and best of all, they ship for free!
What size should I order if I wear a half size?
For our leather products, we recommend sizing up to the nearest whole size.
For our Lytech™, techno elastic knit nylon and Elstech collections, these materials are designed to provide more stretch and mold to your foot with wear so you may find that sizing down is more appropriate.

Do you offer your shoes in wide width?
We only offer our shoes in (1) width and that is Medium.
Are the shoes washable and can they be put in the dryer?
Most of our shoes are machine washable. We recommend removing the insole, washing on the gentle cycle inside a garment bag and air dry.
It is advised not to put the shoes to dry direct sunlight as it may have an adverse effect on the color dye.
Do you offer vegan styles?
Yes! We are proud to offer a variety of Vegan options. All Lytech and Elstech products are vegan friendly.
The following styles are leather or have leather insoles and are NOT vegan: Light, Francesca, Alice, Rose, Vanda, Victoria, Vegas, Flower, Queen II, Ellery, N42 and Monterey (except color Biscuit).
Do the leather shoes have removable insoles?
Some of our leather styles do have removeable insoles, but not all.

What is the difference between the Net 3 and the LS?
The knit materials are the same on these products however the heel height on the Net 3 is ¼ inch higher and has monochromatic shoelaces with eyelet detailing.
Do all Arcopedico styles have a dual arch support?
All Arcopedico styles have a dual arch support system with the exception of the Salute line (sandals) which features a cork sole.
Are your shoes waterproof?
While our shoes are not waterproof they are considered water-resistant under normal circumstances.
To help extend the life of your products, you may consider using a clear nubuck treatment for additional protection of your leather products.
Please be advised we are not responsible for damage caused to your shoes by using over the counter sprays. You should always do a small test spot as some materials may change appearance with the application of such treatments.
Do you offer shoe repairs?
We are unable to perform shoe repairs so we recommend taking your item to a local shoe repair shop for assistance.
If you are in need of hardware for your shoes (lace tips for Leta or boot bolts for Liana) or believe a item product you have received may be defective, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Is the Lolita considered a water shoe?
The Lolita is a fantastic travel companion that is lightweight and quick drying; however, we do not recommend it be submerged into bodies of water (i.e. ocean, pool, lake, etc.) as this may cause discoloration and/or distortion of the shoe’s structure.
Is the LS a unisex shoe?
Yes! The LS style can be worn by men and women. Black, Navy, Titanium, and Denim come in sizes up to 46 which is equivalent to a US men’s size 12.
How much is shipping?
We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping for every order via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping charges are non-refundable if items are returned.

Please note we only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico at this time.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days depending on your delivery address.
Can you ship outside of the USA?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside of the USA. We are the distributor for the United States only.
Arcopedico does distribute and sell their shoes to several other markets around the world and they can be found here.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
In most cases if we receive your order by 11am PST, your order will ship same day. Orders received after 11am PST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.
Items placed on an observed holiday will ship on the next business day.
Can I make a change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We have a very small window of opportunity to make changes to an order once it has been submitted.
Most orders cannot be changed or canceled after 30 mins, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request, if possible.

I bought a pair of Arcopedico shoes from a local retailer. Can I return my product to you?
For any purchases made outside of www.arcopedicousa.com please contact the original Arcopedico retailer for assistance.
I have a shoe store and would like to carry Arcopedico. What do I need to do?

What are your hours of operation?
Our Customer Service team is available to serve you Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm. We are closed all major holidays.
Please send your request through our contact form, and you will typically receive a response within 1 business day.
What is your return/refund policy?
If you are unhappy with your Arcopedico purchase for any reason we are happy to provide you with a full refund of your purchase price within 60 days, less shipping fees.
All returns must be received in unworn, new condition and in its original packaging.
Due to ever changing inventory, we do not accept exchanges at this time. We ask that you initiate a return in order to purchase a different item or size and you will receive a refund of your original purchase, less shipping.
Please click here to initiate your return and print your pre-paid return label. A total of $5.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount for using the pre-paid return label. Securely seal and affix the pre-paid return label to your package and drop at your local USPS location.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time your return is received and inspected to be processed. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to be reflected depending on your financial institution.
What is the warranty on your shoes?
While defects are not typical of Arcopedico quality, please know we stand behind our products!
Any product that has been determined by ArcopedicoUSA to have a manufacturer’s defect with regard to materials or workmanship will be replaced with the same style and color within 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Item must have been purchased by an authorized retailer and proof of purchase is required to be submitted with any warranty claim for consideration.
If the item originally purchased is no longer be available and/or discontinued, the next closest alternative will be provided. To report a possible defect, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
The following items are not considered to be covered by the Manufacturer Limited Warranty:
- Item(s) purchased over 1 year ago
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Broken shoe laces due to normal wear and tear
- Worn out insoles due to normal wear and tear
- Fabric snags, tears, or zipper malfunction (If a defect of this nature is present at the time you receive your original purchase, please contact us at once.)
- Clips, buttons, clasps, decorative accessories (If a defect of this nature is present at the time you receive your original purchase, please contact us at once.)
Arcopedico shoes are handcrafted with a combination of quality natural and man-made materials; however, like all shoes, they are not intended to last a lifetime. The following conditions may alter the lifespan of any footwear product:
- Gait of the wearer
- Materials of the shoe
- Surface the shoe is used on
- Activities of the wearer
- Age of the shoe
- Weather/ Environmental factors
- Wearer’s foot shape/size/volume
- Overall Care/Storage of shoe
What if my item is missing or damaged in shipping?
You have a 7 day window from the time you receive your shoe to make a claim on damaged or missing items from shipping.
