Favorite shoeI’ve bought, worn, loved these these shoes fur I don’t know hue long. When our dogs came from rescue on the wild side and ate 2 pair, I replaced them. But I agree: you need to bring back colors, especially navy. I have black, red, green & pewter. I would buy more if only you would offer more colors. The green have gotten more compliments than any other shoe I own. Navy blue, please? Thanks for a great shoe.

More colorsTen yrs ago I purchased a pair in camel color and absolutely loved them. Unfortunately a couple of months ago I stepped in a deep puddle and they were ruined. I would love to buy that color again for they went with everything

Queen III was very disappointed when I got these shoes. I had the red ones that are pictured on you website and loved them but when I got a new pair they are NOT red. I will be returning the ones you sent. Please get the red ones back to order.

GeorgiaI had hoped the color would be a brighter red. I know the color dot showed as darker, but the picture of the shoe featured was a brighter red. I have purchased the brighter one in the past also.

ReliableThird pair of this color. Prior pair was only shoe I wore for 2.5 years of pandemic. It’s beginning to fall apart but I still wear it to walk the dogs. Needed a new pair for future business meetings now that we see and are seen again. With all the upheaval in the world, I was so happy I could count on getting my shoes properly replaced. Thanks!

What happened?I have been wearing Queen II for years, always in a 39. These arrived promptly (!) but feel AT LEAST a full size too small. Trying these on was full-out Cinderella's Slipper. What an oddity, for sure. So, back they go. Incidentally, I ordered these in Pewter, and they looked beautiful—but way too small.

ComfortableThis is my second pair. Wore the sole out on the first after 10 years. The uppers are still fine. I don’t think this type of shoe can be resoled. Sorry they no longer offer it the light brown color. Wear a 12, got a 43. Fits fine. I have a narrow foot but the elastic pulls tight enough to keep them secure, and toe toe box is roomy.

DisappointedMy old Arcopedicos finally wore out and since no local stores stock this style, I reluctantly ordered my previous size online. Trying on shoes before buying is important to me for proper fit, plus returning shoes is a hassle. But, 5 stars for speedy delivery. Compared to the old shoes, I miss the cushioned soles and stronger arch support. The new left shoe is "roomier" than the right and slips on my heel. I'll keep the new shoes for the comfortable toe box, but I believe the changes do not justify the high price..

Too smallI found these too small but love the shoes. My left foot is larger. I wanted to order next size but difficult to reach your customer service when return label didn’t print. I was disappointed and wished I had used a secondary provider. I mailed shoes back and paid $20 postage. Love the shoes I have them in black.
