db -The quality & comfort is exceptional! My feet never hurt when I wear these. I’ve owned 5 pairs. The company provided amazing customer support! I loved these shoes and they replaced 2 pairs of the earlier model shoes that I had fail on me One the strap broke away & the other the soul material fell apart. I wish they had these in more color choices.

Comfortable and CuteThis is my third identical pair of these shoes. I wear them out eventually. They are the only ones that I can count on for comfort when walking in New York or London, and they look a lot dressier than your average sneaker. My only complaint is that I could use a slightly longer strap to cover the velcro strip. (I do have a very high arch.)

Great ShoesI bought my first pair of Scala shoes in 2006 when I was going into the Peace Corps in a country that dressed conservatively. These shoes were great because, although they looked somewhat dressy, they were comfortable and great for walking--and I had to do a great deal of walking. I have been buying them ever since!

Great shoes!These shoes are attractive, comfortable and made for walking long distances! I originally found them in a travel clothing catalog. They do wear out eventually, and then I buy another pair. I will die one pair ahead!

Love these shoes!I had another pair of arcopedico shoes like these that I purchased many years ago at a shoe store that no longer carries them. When I found these on line, I was thrilled! Reading other customer reviews that described and echoed my love for these shoes gave me the confidence to order them online (something I don't normally do for shoes). The fit and comfort are excellent! I am usually fitted for a size 10 B (U.S. sizing); when I looked at my old pair, they were marked 42 and that's the size I ordered for the new pair.

Black baby JanesThis is my third pair of these shoes. I’ve w poop in them all over Europe. They are so comfortable and light. When they start to look worn I wear them gardening. I love them You can wear them for every day as I did as a teacher who is on her feet constantly, or wear them with a dressy outfit. They are great.

Best shoes ever.This is my second pair. I wore the other pair almost daily and I love them. I purchased new arch supports so I wanted a fresh pair and hopefully I won’t have the same wear pattern on the soles. Not the shoes fault it’s mine. Anyway if these came in 6 different colors, I’d have 6 pairs. Tempted to order another black pair in case they truly discontinued the Scala. Sad….
